Out of all the regular restaurant chains you see around town Ruby Tuesday's isn't the best. Their food is so-so and sometimes they mess it up. I've gone a couple times and got the mini burgers and they weren't fully cooked and the other day I got the Louisiana fried shrimp and it wasn't anything special at all. The only thing I've ever really enjoyed there that would make it slightly stand out is their mashed potatoes and french fries.
