For the last 3 weeks we have been going to Ruby's Tuesday for date night. Usually they take our order with no problem we get the same order everytime we go in there. Tonight was different we told the server what we usually get and he told us it would be different price. I asked him to get the other server so she can explain what we get. He walked away and he went to the manager and him and manager kept looking at us and laughing. food and service was aweful seems they would rather stand around and talk instead of taking care of their guests manager didn't even come out to talk to people but rather stand in the group of kids instead of checking on the guests server didn't even come and check on her table had to get up and ask for ketchup but she sure was in a hurry to bring the check when she didn't even act like she want d to be there you want a tip here's one for ya better service you're in the service industry!!!! burger had no flavor wasn't fresh
RecommendedFood is awesome. I love the staff. They are always very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Management staff are very approachable if you ever have a concern or a question. I have been going there for several years and I highly recommend it.
RecommendedI always have a great experience at Ruby Tuesday in South Riding Va. Tonight was over the top exceptional with great service by Dominique and manager Brian. It was a busy night for them and they still find time to make you feel at home. Food was outstanding as usually. Thank you for gift and thoughts for my recently loss of my horse.
