This has been the worst dining experience I have ever had my kids wanted to take me somewhere nice for dinner, I let them decide it was Mother's Day, and because we had never been there they wanted me to try it. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs, 1 hr just waiting for service and another getting our food, and then I had to find my check to pay for our meal. Horrible, horrible service!!

Sunday dinner at Ruby Tuesday's was the low point of the weekend. A good crowd should have kept the food and the salad bar fresh because of turnover, but something went badly wrong. Their special cheese biscuits arrived at the table hard and crispy through and through so that they had to be sent back...for another long wait.
