customer service was awful today . servers not helping serve tables , salad bar needed filling , I had to seat myself bc nobody at front , cole slaw tasted sour , bad .Never saw a manager , who is usually checking on customers . I am a "connected" member by email , but unsure if I want return to this location .

RecommendedOur server was super friendly. Luke stayed on TOP of drinks & food & was very friendly.
Food was not to ord r, appetizer came out followed closely by our meal, staff didn't know how to run our coupons and were slow with my tea. Manager was not interested in what we had to say about our meals and just dismissed us. We could have been secret shoppers for all she knows and giv n her a very bad review.
Recommendedour server Luke went out of his way too give us great service. even being short handed tonight!!!!
I have to say this was the most disappointing service I’ve ever received at a RT location. Slow service, sub par staff, and the food was awful. My steak was burnt on the outside and cold on the inside, it took 2 hours to get my food, and my server was scatter brained and forgot to put my food in more than once. Will not be back here! Don’t recommend it at all.

Took my daughter to lunch today and i have got to say that I will NOT be back. We were sat and it took 15 minutes for our waitress to even come over. There was hardly anybody in there. She was holding a full fledged conversation with another person. We got to order after 15 minutes. I ordered a steak with the endless salad bar and jazz ordered tilapia with rice and potatoes.
