Well they were out of Salmon so I ordered Crab cakes. Use to be a cake about 5oz. Saturday it was 2 1/2 pieces burnt, maybe 1/4 thick. Gosh I wish I had taken a picture. Should have sent it back and left. Guess the new steak house and the Cracker Barrel coming to Waycross will make you all close. Service is fine but food. How could you serve crab like that. I would never give my family what was served.
