i visited my local ruby tuesday this past week and it was wonderful. i had the new asiago steak and baked potato, which was cooked to perfection. the way the parm cream cascaded over the steak with the asiago cheese on top made it a crafted masterpiece. i will be coming back soon and i will most def bring my friends. thanks guys keep it up.

An awful experience. No hostess on duty to seat us. Salad bar near empty of selections and what there was did not look fresh. It was beginning of supper hour,too. My entre tasted terrible, and was sent back. Part of my husband's entree was not good either. We sent it back also. Our water glasses were not refilled. The decor was dark and uninviting. With bad food and poor atmosphere, Ruby Tuesdays will not last much longer. The
They sort of just threw all my stuff in a bag and, all of the food was lopped on top of each other. Our cupcakes had frosting stuck to the box. The trout almondine was tossed over the cauliflower and mashed potatoes. They insisted on a 10 percent gratuity.... I would have given a tip anyways for a TO-go order (I usually do). However, I don't appreciate being forced to.
DISAPPOINTING! HORRIBLE! AWEFULl!!!!!!! The worst experience ever! Very slow. We waited atleast 45 minutes for our food only for them to tell us they didn't haver 2 things we ordered ribs and kids apples and my chicken to be undercooked (pink visable), which we didn't realize until after we had already eaten a bite. Asked for the manager, they send over the shift leader, who states yes this is undercooked, I can get you something else, we decline. This was a nice stop on the way to Nashville, the food was good and the wait staff fast and friendly.
Ate here after a visit to the Corvette museum, the food was good and the wait staff were friendly and efficient.
