I ate there on Dec.30,2014,at 9pm. When we ordered the crab cake combo,which included the salad bar there was two crab cakes offered on the menu,for 12.99,which might of been ok if the waitress had told us when we ordered but didn't. It was the most unappealing slop that was served, no garnish and that was burnt and flatter than a pancake and tasteless.I seriously I think you ran out of crab cakes and tried to stretch what you had, it did not benefit your establishment one bit. Horrible service ! Sat at my table for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledge that i was there. To my suprise when a waiter came over to my table, he was one of four employees that had been standing in the corner talking with each other. He made eye contact with me several time during this time period. This was my second and last time at this restaurant that this will happen, I vow never to attend this restaurant or maybe any other Ruby Tuesday's again. My husband and I had our flight canceled we were given vouchers to this Ruby Tuesdays on 7/21/13 we were blown away by the fantastic service and attentiveness , this group of people all worked together like a well oiled machine.. The food was great the reasturants was clean everyone was smiling , I just can't say enough .. We we're there around 9 pm and yet the salad bar was full and fresh .. Thank you for making our inconvenient day a whole lot better.
I'v always loved the burgers at Ruby Tuesday. My last visit was a huge disappointment. The burger was a frozen patty. The fries were small and limp. Overall the food was not good. What happened?
Good service very attentive staff delicious food will return
My wife and I made a reservation for Valentine's Day and had a great experience. Our table was ready when we arrived and the waitress promptly greeted us and gave great service throughout the visit. The food was delicious. I had a New York strip and my wife had the sirloin with lobster tail. Everything was perfect. We also received a coupon to return which we will do soon.
