Usually my family loves Ruby Tuesdays....unfortunately our last visit was horrible. From the poor service, the lousy food, and the manager doing nothing to rectify an overall bad experience it left a lasting impression to never eat there again. Carpets were dirty, food portions were unacceptable, and the wait staff was unpleasant. Sent an email to corporate and received no response. Disappointed. We have never complained to a manager while dining out. Very unprofessional. No longer a Ruby's customer.
not much bang for your buck – They serve typical bar food at inflated prices. With so many other (better) restaurants a stone's throw away, why would you eat here?
