The restaurant itself is falling apart. The booths have rips in almost all of them. You would think for the money they charge, they could at least make some minor repairs to make the place look nice
Good price for food you receive. Casual dress. Is Fancy hamburgers and a great salad bar and you have 3 soups to choose from They do haveother types of food selestions.
Overall experience was alright. Music was played very loud. Took 20 minutes to get desserts that were ordered when we ordered our meals. Waitress overcharged our credit card then brought us back 4 dollars in cash because she didn't know how to void the transaction and redone it on the card.
Came tonight on my own. Friday, expected it to be busy, but less than half the tables were full. Greeter didn't seem to know much about the restaurant, and proceeded to"clean" a small both for me, rather than seating me at one of the many empty tables. The area was trashed from other guests that had left. Clearly there had been some kind of tantrum our unruly party, as good and smashed Styrofoam cups were all over the carpet. The to go orders have never been correct. I try to take advantage of the coupons when I am working late. Anything you order that has a sauce on it is always dry so I ask for a side of sauce. I have never got my extra sauce. The fries are always cold and under cooked. Twice now there has not been garlic muffins. Once, I ordered a dessert and it was not in the bag. i called them and told them I could not come in tonight but I could another day. They took my name. Average salad bar was over priced and not a good value for the money. Cheese Broccoli soup was all cheese and very little broccoli. Was seated promptly and service was good. Will not be back.
The management (Teressa) and our server Luke were outstanding. Our food, delicious as always. Thanks for a wonderful evening!
Never had a bad meal here since new management took over. A family favorite when we visit my mother-in-law.
Salad bar is very good. The steak I ordered wasn't editable. Waitress comped me a dessert. It was good.
