There was no Alfredo sauce with my chicken Alfredo. Nothing like eating a dry chicken Alfredo with no sauce

today i went to get lunch havent been in a Ruby tuesday since the one on Board st was close .will never go back the server was awful the fish and shrimp was cold and bake potatoes was not al the way cooked .no one really cared ,the manager said we got a rush i guess at the time it was 6 tables dont call that a rush .she did not care that i complain about the food and server never said soory just gave me my change said nothing .any way just wanted some one to listen ,they should have kept Board st open and close this one neve... read more

WAs at Ruby Tuesday Big Rapids March 29th 2 pm, Server Selena was very pleasant and sweet, she shared the special about the Salad bar with soup special, delicious, she was prompt, courteous and attentive. Beautiful smile, great service

ask for water with lemon had to ask again for lemon got fish and chips fish was oily not very good ask for ketchup for the cold fries never got it person with me got steak and baked potato. steak was so so potato was over cooked had to go ask for bill

We just left Ruby Tuesday in Hinesville, GA. Today is March 30, 2024. Our waitress was Allison. Our check # was 3880. We had a party of 11 and Allison was indeed a pro. She took care of us and handled everything so fantastic. Can't say enough about her.

Went in the restaurant on Monday night. Was going to get potato soup and salad. Soup was not soup. It was a baked potato smashed up and shedded cheese added. So nasty. So I thought I would go get my salad. When to salad bar, every vegetable on the bar was frozen and even had ice attached. I was charged for a soup and salad then though I told the waitress that I could not eat the salad since it was frozen. I did eat the soup. She said I ordered them and I had to pay for them. Ms. Shirley, the lady who took care of the salad buffet was wonderful. Her pleasing personality, smile and great conversation made my stay at Ruby Tuesday worth the visit. She is a winner and you guys are lucky to have her.
