We ordered lunch from Ruby Tuesday, I had several orders. I told her that as I gave the orders. Her personality was horrible. I'm trying to pay for the orders as I gave her on the phone, she put all the tickets all on the counter and said pay for which one you want to 1st. Now I'm looking at her sideways. I called out the 1st order then paid for that then the 2nd etc.....I had to read the papers she put on the counter instead she call out order then I'll pay with different ppl. money. Horrible service! The place wasn’t busy at 9 pm on a Monday. We were handed menus and told to seat ourselves. We walked past the salad bar on the way to finding our own table and it looked aweful 🤢 It's no wonder some reviewers were ill after eating here. We sat, waited 10 minutes before a waitress showed up. I started my stopwatch on my iphone. We ordered drinks and dinner (salmon and a ribeye) right away. Went to the Hinesville Ruby Tuesday 17th of October our server Mia was very patient very caring and served us with the utmost respect I give Mia a pat on the back for a job well done

I've been going to the Ruby Tuesday in Saraland since they opened. But the last few times I went there was a tall blonde who works in the bar area that is so rude! She's nice to the men though. I get a slab if ribs fries and salad. The fries were uneaten. They were disgustinguncooked and grease soaked. And the ribs were almost meatless. At the cost if $25.00 for one meal I expect to enjoy it. I won't go back until the quality of food comes back up and the blonde is gone.

Water was nasty. So was the tea. Somethings In the water Our waitress took Glass of water to manager to drink. If she wouldn’t do the waitress drank it and told us she told the manager it was “nasty” and manager told her to give us bottled water. The manager would not drink the water at 8 pm tonight? Hmmm. Health Department——Where are you now?

We are from out of town, but meet a friend here once a month for lunch. We are very pleased with the hostess, waitress, and especially the manager on duty on a weekday at lunch. She is friendly, helpful, always busy, and knowledgeable of her duties. Hee dedication to her job is impressive.

Worst place to work for. The managers treat their employees terribly. Reported my managers to their boss and didn't do anything about it. Then I reported to corporate and didn't do anything. If you want to work here DON'T. Especially if you're a girl.

Food was very good, but not sure if worth the price. For a cheese burger & fries, I paid over 10 bucks! Raising their prices too high for our small town could be their downfall.
