We visited Ruby’s today and waited about five minutes to be seated, as there appeared to be no hostess. Eventually, we were greeted by someone who turned out to be the general manager. He offered a table, but we requested a booth. He seemed put off by the request and walked around the restaurant counting available booths before finally seating us at an extremely small one that barely accommodated two dinner plates, let alone drinks or appetizers. Our server, Kathy was extremely helpful.
Kathy and Amanda were Fabulous!! Food came out extremely faster and better. Manager came and inquired about everything. A thousand times better than before
