When we arrived at Presque Isle Ruby Tuesday at 11:00 the salad bar was not set up for 1/2 hour. The restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. And after an hour of arriving we are still waiting for our lunch. Unacceptable management.
The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The smashburgers were tasty. The tots and fries were excellent. The waitress was outstanding!
Endless salad bar has no lettuce no cucumbers, among other things, I asked to have a refresh of the salad bar to at least replace what was missing like the lettuce by the time we left there was still no.lettuce ...
