If I could give it 0 stars I would don’t honor their own exchange policy even the day after purchase, engraving was made very poorly and crocked
They advertise 14k jewelry but really it’s 10k with only the clasp itself being 14k. The lady with red hair is very pushy, lies on prices and the quality of the jewelry.
