Ruby Oaks used to be really nice. But management is entirely too messy and rude. The leasing manager leaves on the property and lately the property owner been coming to an apartment on the premises. They lie about security, that’s included in your lease but haven’t seen a security guard since he passed away on the premises. Maintenance request takes too long unless you make legal threats.
