Everything about my experience with Ruby Oak Floristry was perfect! I emailed with a question and was responded to right away - within minutes. Then a picture of the floral arrangement was sent to me ahead of delivery to ensure I was pleased with it. After they delivered, they sent me a quick text to make sure it was okay they disclosed my name to the recipient, as the recipient was requesting it and I forgot to include it on the card. I ordered once before through Ruby Oak as a gift for someone else and loved that I got a photo of the flowers before they got delivered - a really nice touch. I decided to finally order some for myself - "Golden hour, medium size" and they did not disappoint. From the smallest of touches including the florist letting me know to keep them standing until they are in a vase, all the way through to when I came home and the arrangement actually held its shape in the vase instead of all the flowers ending at the same height. Ruby Oak did an incredible job with our flowers! Everyone commented on how stunning the bouquet was, and we couldn’t agree more. Our flower arrangements were perfect and suited everything beautifully. We were so happy with how it all came together. Highly recommend!
