This florist is wonderful honestly one of the best in the Illawarra. I’m a very busy person, so I was lucky they have an online ordering option and I didn’t have to make my way into the shop. They had heaps of options to choose from, and they even sent me a picture of the bouquet I ordered before sending it out to make sure I was happy. If I ever need flowers again, I know the place to go. The pricing is great for what you get.

From the very beginning, Adele was an absolute pleasure to deal with—always helpful, friendly, and attentive to every detail of my initial inquiry. Everything about my experience with Ruby Oak Floristry was perfect! I emailed with a question and was responded to right away - within minutes. Then a picture of the floral arrangement was sent to me ahead of delivery to ensure I was pleased with it. After they delivered, they sent me a quick text to make sure it was okay they disclosed my name to the recipient, as the recipient was requesting it and I forgot to include it on the card. Absolutely besotted with Ruby Oak Floristry. Beautiful arrangements, great prices, and exceptional customer service. I’ve definitely found my new default florist in the Illawarra.
I ordered via the website late at night. Ordering was really simple which is great as it can be an overwhelming choice. The following morning I received a text message with a photo of the flowers I'd ordered, which was such a lovely touch. A short time later I received an email letting me know my flowers had been lovingly delivered. Those beautiful extra touches make such an impact! Many thanks to the Ruby Oak team!
