Everything about my experience with Ruby Oak Floristry was perfect! I emailed with a question and was responded to right away - within minutes. Then a picture of the floral arrangement was sent to me ahead of delivery to ensure I was pleased with it. After they delivered, they sent me a quick text to make sure it was okay they disclosed my name to the recipient, as the recipient was requesting it and I forgot to include it on the card. I ordered once before through Ruby Oak as a gift for someone else and loved that I got a photo of the flowers before they got delivered - a really nice touch. I decided to finally order some for myself - "Golden hour, medium size" and they did not disappoint. From the smallest of touches including the florist letting me know to keep them standing until they are in a vase, all the way through to when I came home and the arrangement actually held its shape in the vase instead of all the flowers ending at the same height. I ordered via the website late at night. Ordering was really simple which is great as it can be an overwhelming choice. The following morning I received a text message with a photo of the flowers I'd ordered, which was such a lovely touch. A short time later I received an email letting me know my flowers had been lovingly delivered. Those beautiful extra touches make such an impact! Many thanks to the Ruby Oak team!
