My first time ordering from Ruby Oaks Floristry. The positive reviews and lovely selection of flowers for all occasions attracted me. I was initially just looking for flowers but decided on the Hamper ‘For Her’ with the luxe flower option. I ordered around 10am and received a text with photo at 12:30 showing the completed arrangement. The flowers were delivered same day by 2:30 and the recipient was overjoyed. First time customer here, and I couldn't be happier with the service from Ruby Oaks Floristry. I was looking for a local florist to deliver flowers to someone special as I live 1.5 hours away. The whole onlinr process was easy. I received a photo of the arrangement before delivery and a notification once it had been delivered, which was a lovely. Ruby Oak Floristry @ Corrimal answered the phone in a prompt and pleasant manner. All my questions were answered and a vivid description of my options and costs were clearly explained. A photo of the arrangement was sent to me prior to delivery. It was fabulous!!! My friend, the receiver of the gift reported the flowers were fresh as if they had just left the garden. I placed an order only 1 day prior to delivery and I honestly couldn't be happier. I was initially skeptical as this was a new florist to me. But I'm so glad I chose Ruby Oak! They send you a courtesy photo before delivery (in case you have concerns or questions you want to raise). I ordered this beautiful bouquet as a gift (pictured) and my recipient absolutely LOVES THEM! I chose the Large, Florists Choice - Bright. I will certainly order through Ruby Oak again! Brilliant service. Lovely girl I spoke to to organise the flowers for ANZAC day. Delivery was so early I wasn't even out of bed 😁😁😁. The only thing I am not so pleased about is that the roses look a bit tired. Maybe it's me but the rest of the flowers are gorgeous.
