I came in here and was told that they do not do nails only natural mouth nor do they do acrylic nail removal. I wasn’t Total shock as I’ve never been to a nail salon that only does manicures and pedicures. Not sure how they stay open. I was happy to go into a salon that was not busy however I see why it’s not busy at all.

I have been here multiple times now and they consistently do a very good job with the perfect ambiance. They are sweet and offer delicious iced coffee. I will continue going here for as long as we live in West Seattle, which is indefinitely.

first time getting my nails done, but very successful!!! everyone was so nice, and the vietnamese coffee was very good

I had a very disappointing experience at Ruby Nail Salon. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and was told to wait about 15 minutes while I picked out a color. After waiting 30 minutes, I was finally moved from the front of the salon to a pedicure chair. Once I was seated, they examined my nails and told me they could only do shellac instead of acrylic. Ruby is the sweetest and professional person ever! She was advising about the nail shape, making sure if I like the form, colors, technique! She was kind and worked pretty fast! I have natural nails, retired past gel and use gel technique♥️🫶 Clean place, with AC, really comfy!
