I had a very upsetting experience at Ruby Nails and Spa. I went in with two friends, and all three of us are Mexican. When we asked how much nails cost and whether we could get our nails done, one of the ladies working there told us they were not open and that they couldn’t take us. We left, but almost immediately after, an older white woman walked in, and they let her in and served her. Absolutely loved my experience here. The atmosphere is so calm and I appreciate the calm demeanor from the women who attended my family & I. You never forget excellent customer service.
I got gel there, and the work was beautiful. The woman was meticulous with my short nails, finishing them perfectly. This salon consistently provides high quality long lasting manicures and pedicures. And the coffee is delicious, too!
