We had the absolute best experience at Ruby Nails! We brought a group of 10 people in for my wedding, and they were incredible from start to finish. We had the salon to ourselves for about 2.5 hours, which made the whole experience feel so special and stress-free. Every single person working there was so kind, welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Great service the place was beautiful however I got my nails done a week later the paint was chipping and all coming off. I came in. They gave me a free repaint but then three days later the paint started chipping coming off again and I paid $15 extra for a Chrome that didn’t stay on $75 for my nails to get done and be ruined in a week not too happy with that other than that they have great people working there and it’s a beautiful place. First time here for a pedicure, I recently had a baby and after dealing with super swollen feet during pregnancy, I treated myself to the candle wax pedicure. It was hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! Judy was so amazing ! I’ve been dying to find a salon with a good pedicure and massage that’s actually worth the money and I will absolutely be back!
I have been going to Ruby’s nails for over a year. I always had issues with other places doing my nails too thick/bulky? Until I started going to Ruby’s nails. I had always had short nails and now i have long nails. I always get builder gel per Lisa’s recommendation as I explained to her I wanted longer nails.
