If I could give 0 stars I would. My man & I went in for (me Pedicure) him Manicure. We called prior & made appointment. I got put into pedicure chair immediately, he Sat there for over 30 min until he was given a dish of liquid to soak his nails. The young girl working on me was inexperienced & doing horrible. I asked for manager to work on me. My man paid for us both telling lady I would be the tipper. When I got up to leave & to tip the woman said ( you pay for both tip, you pay? He no pay tip. I had an awful experience here. I got acrylic nails, and by the second day, the paint started peeling off. When I went back to show the technician, not only did she refuse to apologize or offer to fix it, but she actually yelled at me, blaming me for taking too long to choose the color. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly recommend you avoid this place

The prices are reasonable for the quality of service, and I left feeling pampered and with nails that looked stunning. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Ruby Nails to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality nail experience!
