I had a really good experience from Ruby nails innsbrook.. I've been other nail places that people were just rude and didn't listen what you wanted. But Ruby nails was very very respectful conversational and polite. Thanks again Ruby nails
If I could give this nail salon zero stars I would have! I had an appointment scheduled with the nail technician Amy for 1 PM who made me sit there for 30 minutes without acknowledging you then unbeknownst to me started working on her client’s pedicure. Why would you schedule me for 1 PM? If you knew you had a full service package with someone else and how long were you gonna allow me to sit there before acknowledge and you were 30 minutes into my appointment?
