I’ve been going to Ruby Nails since the end of 2024 and getting my nails done by Tracy, and she does an amazing job every single time, without fail. I’ve struggled to find a consistent nail tech in the Richmond area since I’ve moved here and Tracy and Ruby Nails as a whole hits it out of the park. I have been coming to Ruby nails for 3 years and they offer luxury pedicures and great customer service. Ask for Dany, she is great!
Dani and Christine do an amazing job! Dani has done my nails for a year - fun cat eye colors, acrylic & dip. I just saw Christine for TAP gel! Both are really talented, love going in to ruby :)
Terrible services. Terrible customer service. They didn’t tell me the price until afterwards and recommended things that weren’t needed for extra money. Manager (male) was very rude and unprofessional.
Dani is the best! She always does exactly what I ask for and is so talented.
