I LOVE this salon. My first visit was 10 minutes before they closed - I felt bad and said I could come back the next day, they wouldn't have it saying it's no problem and they are happy to stay! These are great people. To the post about "she must not have known English and barely spoke".... Is this your first nail salon experience? That sums up about 98% and has nothing to do with the quality or the customer service. And to the post about not tipping, then you deserve what yin get. It's called kharma.
i would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! first of all I think she knew very little English..she said only a few words to me...oval?...square?...tips?...and sorry every time she cut me...she was polite enough to wipe off the blood and disinfect (I hope)...different lengths, different shapes, some thick some thin!!??? all my fingers are sore from where they were filed/drilled to the quick. but I did leave her a nice tip, assuming she should soon be unemployed.
Best pedicures & nail designs ever. Nice new place. Very friendly staff. Love to go!
1) In response to the previous review: the manager is not a man. Perhaps you have the wrong business. 2) You must try Ruby Nails! They have an $18 pedi.special which can't be beat. They have amazing chairs, leg massages and the hot towel wraps. They do the best nail art I have personally ever seen. It.is incredibly clean and decorated nicer than any other nail salon I've been to. Very trendy and comfortable! Ntt entire family and several friends go here and they all love it as well. I got my nails done there and in a week they were falling off. I will never send anyone I know there. after I called and they said they would fix them the manager called me from his personal phone yelling at me that he shouldn't have to fix it since they had already fixed one and I didn't tip her again so they didn't need to fix it. Never go to this shop they are rude and there product sucks..
