Got my nails done asked for a design with the picture showing what i wanted he said he could do it then didn’t do it how the picture showed so he filed the design off painted my nail the solid color and still charged me for a design he refused to re do and removed it.. 0 stars!!!!!
Love it here they have even made custom colors for me and will airbrush

I have been going to Ruby Nails for a year now even had conversations with ruby somehow every time i come in, they never remember me. I went in today for a fill in & she said hey pick your color; another lady came in and she said “ Hey How are you, sit here” and proceeds to start on her nails.
