i came in yesterday to get my acrylic nails soaked off i’m not sure what my artist name was. she tried to drill off the acrylic and said it was too thick but in reality she just tried to get me in and out. my nails are extremely thin and uneven now. she was also scrolling and watching videos on her phone as she was using the drill. i have gone to 2 of the artists there and i love their work, but she just was not attentive at all and i left highly disappointed.
The best in he Southern United States. Great hard working people.
