Worst service ever the same day i got a pedicure my real nail with the gel chipped because she kept drilling my nail to much from gel i had from my previous pedicure i got i told her i didnt want it drilled but she didnt understand or chose not to and do her own thing rushing and drilling too much to the point that it made my real nail chip off 3 hours later and had the audacity to try and charge me to fix it.
I asked for a pedicure, but instead, my toes were severely injured. I questioned the nail technician, "Am I supposed to bleed that much?" He replied, "You have ingrowns," which didn't address my concern. He used numbing and blood clotting powder, so I didn't feel much pain until I got home. When I asked how to care for the cuts on my toes, he just nodded and said, "Okay." It's been three days, and my toes are still throbbing and painful to walk on.
