I told the nail tech it was my first time there. I only needed a refill. She never told me that hombre was an extra 20 dollars. I asked if it was extra and she said no. I have never gone to a place where they charge you another 10 because you ask for a second coat. My nails look great but not so great that I'm willing to pay 94 dollars for a refill ever again.
