I’ve been coming to RUBY Nail Bar specifically for Mindy—she is absolutely wonderful and does an amazing job with both manicures and pedicures. Even after my foot surgery, I continued coming back because of how satisfied I was with her service. Unfortunately, the management completely ruins the experience. They are consistently rude, unwelcoming, and not customer-oriented at all.
