I have felt a tremendous difference in such a positive way through Rubys perspective. Her skills have given me the tools to address and work through a lot of anxiety without judgement or personal opinion. She has a really special way to help guide and navigate your session that makes it feel as though you are putting in the work to heal. Which is important. I would highly recommend if you’re struggling with anxiety.
