Brandy was great! She really took time to listen to my concerns and goals and helped me formulate a plan. The whole practice was easy to deal with from booking to appointments.
Ruby Mental Wellness invoiced us $44 more than their out-of-pocket (no-insurance) prices since I have insurance even though insurance paid precisely $0 towards the total. This happened for multiple visits. No one was going to mention anything until I brought it up.
