After having a few different providers and being juggled around, I found Ruby MW. I started with one provider and when that provider left, I was given to another provider, Brandy. Brandy has been a godsend to me. We have been through several months of ups and downs, medication changes, and she has been there 150%. If you’re going for mental health help and live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans, avoid this practice. I picked them because I needed a provider quickly as I didn’t want any lapses in my health or medication that I take. The intake process was okay, the therapist addressed my needs. My next appointment was with another provider with very little explanation as to why I had a provider I didn’t pick initially. I was just told they left. Okay, it happens. These people are liars. I see they ran to have 5 star reviews put up after my original experience that I wrote about. They told I didn’t have a balance, wanted to “speak to me” regarding my experience, but only talked about the money. They hit my account again this morning.
Update: I've had such a great experience with this practice. The messaging app makes it so easy to ask questions or get support between appointments, which takes a lot of stress off during my busy days. Providers are collaborative and really make an effort to work with my entire care team.
