I cannot begin to explain how unprofessional i found this office to be, I would avoid this practice at all costs. The doctor that I was seeing there dipped after two visits to another practice and tried to pull me to that one, this practice costed me multiple hundreds of dollars without a decent explanation. when they were listed as top tier for my insurance and then charged a card without approval while I was waiting on a reason from insurance as to why it was going to cost me so much.
Brandy was great! She really took time to listen to my concerns and goals and helped me formulate a plan. The whole practice was easy to deal with from booking to appointments.
Ruby Mental Wellness invoiced us $44 more than their out-of-pocket (no-insurance) prices since I have insurance even though insurance paid precisely $0 towards the total. This happened for multiple visits. No one was going to mention anything until I brought it up. If you are forced to do business with Ruby, please ask a lot of questions about their prices because they are not forthcoming with this information.
