Muy mal servicio en los envios,los dueños no pueden resolver, si tienes problemas con tu envio,perdida de tiempo en ese local.
Just horrible. They are very unprofessional and won’t admit to their mistakes and even laugh at their customers. Took in some jewelry to get fixed, they didn’t do a good job and on top of that damaged one and said it was brought in that way and tried to charge to fix it even though they’re the ones that messed it up. That’s not all, they never called to notify us our items were ready. They didn’t even know where they were at, had to look for them.
