Wouldn’t wish the experience I’ve had upon my worst enemy. Communication is poor, workmanship quality horrible, dishonesty, not genuine, takes money without completing work, don’t trust in the builder would be a 0 for me if it were an option. Worse experience I’ve ever had and deceitful operations. I feel sorry for anyone else suck with this company.
Ruby home builders and the owner Colin Copeland has destroyed so many lives including our own. Not only with the disgusting construction of frames and trusses which have collapsed on our property and many other clients as well . But he has NO integrity , and or onus of responsibility for what he has done . Also as one of the other reviews on here, they invoice and demand money for not completed stages . I have been with Ruby homes for more than a year. I have known the owner of Ruby homes. The reason I said I know the owner personally, because that is what they do. They value their clients so much that they will give all their efforts for them. So that they can achieve what they want. Ruby homes believes in quality. If I could do zero stars I would! They are building next door to us and have admitted to damaging our house (brand new build too) wjen one of their workers smashed into it with a piece of wood and the concreters splattered concrete all along the side of our place August of last year, this was following their workers abusing me at 8 months pregnant because I asked them to stop parking across our driveway! sent me a message saying they would fix it within 6 weeks, that was 6 months ago, they have put the slab and frame up earl... read more
