I had a distressing experience at the emergency department of this hospital. When I accompanied my patient with a severe injury, the GNM nurse on duty was extremely disrespectful. Despite the patient's critical condition, the nurse administered IV paracetamol without informing us. When we inquired about the treatment, the nurse responded rudely, suggesting that if we knew better, we should perform the treatment ourselves. The doctors and staff are highly unprofessional, and emergency treatment is delayed and poorly managed. The hospital’s overall management system is extremely slow. The atmosphere in the general ward is unhygienic, with an unpleasant odor. Ruby General Hospital proved to be unprofessional, disorganized, and inefficient—we had a very disappointing experience.
Worst hospital. If you have enough spare time to spend days after days for an OPD consultation then only visit. Otherwise there many other better hospitals with much better services nearby.
