Noodles ok.
I would not come back. Steamed broccoli was cold, fried rice was stale tasting, and the crab rangoons were pretty weak. Half the tables were dirty with dishes and the floors were pretty dirty too. My General Tso chicken was pretty decent, and the portions were great. But I would not return. It was just too dirty and the food could have been much better.
Truly the greatest Pho place in Georgetown. Im now a regular. Joseph will take care of you and you will leave so full the only thing left in your schedule for the day is a nap 11/10 rating!
