Incredibly unprofessional and unkind when doing a filling. Once the anesthetic wore off I found that it was done incorrectly and I was left in pain for every bite. When I returned, I was given a new dentist that immediately saw how poorly she did and was able to fix the problem. I would never trust her work nor recommend it.
Rude, unfriendly greeting! Technician was unfriendly and reluctantly answered my requests. Will not return to this ADentures. Overpriced!!!
Dr. Wulf seemed nice but I feel deceived . I got implants on my bottoms,but somehow, I wound up with ill fitting snap ons that I can’t wear. I thought they were permanent but they pop out when I eat. A huge gap allows food to get under them,so I have to remove them to eat. Leaving 4 screws sticking out of my gums. These are very painful. They made me a top denture that looks nothing like my real teeth did. None, other than her name was on a bill I received from Delta Dental, as a provider of services both myself and my spouse received at 9300 Frankford Ave, Phila, PA. In the past, bills were submitted by John Cacchio who was an in-network provider and apparently Dr. Aitken is not, and therefore 9300 is requesting payment.
Dr. Chukym Alexis-Johnson worked on my root canal in February 2023, took numerous images. I was in so much pain once the anesthesia wore off, the pain just wouldn't go away. For days, then weeks. After several follow up visits with Dr. Chukym still couldn't figure out what was wrong, so referred me for a second opinion. The other doc immediately noticed my canal was badly perforated. Dr. O'Hearn was extremely caring and careful with me during my extractions. She rubbed my shoulder, was as gentle as she could be, and seems like she really cared about how I was feeling during the entire process. She's one of the best dentists I've been to.
Horrible dentist. She put a crown on one of my teeth and I went to another dentist after because they were hurting, the dentist told me the previous dentist (Dr. Alexis) just placed the crown and they didn’t fit properly and there was still decay underneath the crowns. Mind you, that this was only said 5 days after the crowns were placed, so there was no way decay just happened that fast. She only cares about taking your money and not the patient or care for them. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. RUNNNNNN
Dr. Alexis is the very best to ensure your comfort. I have never visited any dentist where administering novocaine isn't painful but Dr. Alexis has this mastered! Everyone on the staff is helpful and super friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
