The staff and service are excellent! This has been our go-to shop for more than 10 years.
I just want to say that yesterday was the best experience I have ever had at a bike shop! John is awesome and took the time to make sure that not only I got the right sized bike, but also my son as well. He answered all my questions thoroughly and never did I feel any pressure. He has made a customer for life and I will make sure to send everyone that way for any of their biking needs. Super impressed!
