Disappointed bc they usually do my eyebrows well. I went today for threading and the lady insisted I wax even though I told her I’ve head reactions to waxing in the past- she pushed me into doing it then proceeded to peel a part of my skin on my forehead again pushed me to wax my upper lip even though I didn’t want her to but insisted and said it would “look bad if I didn’t” went ahead and did it and burned a part of my upper lip, now I have a dark spot. Wish I could give Zero. My wife had worst experience while doing threads. The staff was rude and made to wait for an hour. There are times they don’t have business and give good experience. During the summer, mane ppl came and they are in a rush. Did one eyebrows and left the other one. We had a package we had to cancel and staff didn’t care about it. They are more behind customers who come for facial and provide tips.
