Wish I could give Zero. My wife had worst experience while doing threads. The staff was rude and made to wait for an hour. There are times they don’t have business and give good experience. During the summer, mane ppl came and they are in a rush. Did one eyebrows and left the other one. We had a package we had to cancel and staff didn’t care about it. They are more behind customers who come for facial and provide tips.
