I only had a cleaning. My instincts told me not to return as Dr Dollins told me my tooth was cracked and needed to have the filling replaced which might lead to a crown....... She said I needed 2 cleanings since my gums were in horrible shape. In fact my gums were fine. The hygenist admitted that she simply didn't have enough time to complete the cleaning.. Dr Dollins should probably go back to dental school. I got another opinion and was informed my tooth is not cracked!

I went in to Dr. Dollin's office for a cleaning and check up. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The whole experience was a refreshing change from other dentists I had tried previously. They helped inform me of various issues that might be affecting other areas of my body and not just in my teeth, it was an eye opener for a lot of things I never would've expected going on in my mouth!

Amazing! She made me feel so relaxed that I almost fell asleep while getting my fillings. And I only had local anesthetic. I love the fact that she is a holistic dentist. The water that they use to rinse you mouth with is flavored with herbs!

My husband had a full mouth restoration done and is doing great. He has experienced other health issues that were healed due to getting the metals out of his mouth and fixing old dental work. He had cavities, crowns, and metal removal. I had to have extractions and implants done through another doctor who Dr Dollins suggested. I found Dr Dollins after trying several dentists in the Temecula Valley. They all had a "heavy hand" and were more focused on getting the patients in and out ASAP. She is has that confident precise motion with the drill I was looking for. Very gentle as well, you hardly feel the shots!! I asked a few regional companies that supply dentists with crowns and veneers who was the best in Southern CA. Dr. Dollins came through with flying colors for her precision and quality level. Went for an introductory appointment and general check up. Very unsatisfied, very expensive and lots of pressure to get additional services. Not experienced enough for the care I required with implants that were already in place.

My family and I started visiting Bel Villaggio Dental because of its convenient location. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly; however we are constantly pressured into increasingly expensive treatment plans that seemed designed to stretch our budget to the absolute maximum. Even though we have very good insurance, we have spent thousands out of pocket for procedures that were never even suggested by our previous dentist. Beautiful office, great staff, incompetent and dangerous dentist! The office is a relaxing, spa-like experience with a terrific, friendly staff. However, after having cavities drilled and crowns put on my teeth, I was in extreme and extended pain. Dr. Dollins re-checked me and said that my teeth were fine. I went for a second opinion and the new dentist was shocked at the work that was done. Gaps between the crowns and my teeth were open, leaving the nerve fully exposed (no wonder even lukewarm liquids cause horrible pain!).... read more
