Very disappointed in the way a birthday coupon was not allowed to be used. I was a good customer. I will not be going back
What a great experience my wife had here. There was actually a situation with a customer and the manager handled it so well.
i'd give 10 stars if I could! I was a frequent shopper at Ruby & Jenna when I lived in NY and was so excited when I found out they were opening in FL. Shannon is the best and always spends time helping me find outfits that fit my body type and make me feel comfortable and confident in. I never leave empty handed when shopping there and their prices are much more reasonable compared to many other boutiques I have encountered in FL. Def need to check out the store!
