Have been going here for a while and staff has always been unhelpful. My mom and I were the only people in the store and didn’t even get greeted by the three girls working, let alone did they offer to help us as we walked around the store. I had asked for a fitting room and she told me to walk back and get one myself, mind you there was a large empty metal rack in front of all the fitting rooms I had to move myself. Looking for some peace and quiet? Great place to drop your gf off and let her roam around. Lots of colors and clothes to keep her distracted. 10/10.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was never greeted both times we went in. My wife bought a few things but some of it didn’t fit and the quality was pretty awful but when we tried to return or exchange they wouldn’t let us. This makes no sense, their quality is subpar, service is horrible and their sizing is awful so not sure why this would be their policy. Never going here again or recommending it to others. I’ve been to other stores in the Promenade and they are all great. This place sucks!
I was in the store for around 45 minutes. Not once did anyone greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Instead they just gave dirty looks. Not the best way to treat customers. Went to several other stores in the promenade and had the complete opposite experience. After reading the other views, looks like this is the norm. They should really consider hiring a more friendly and helpful staff.
