Dr Rubtsov has the worst bed side manners I've ever experienced. First he was late and wouldn't accommodate to patients concerns. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this immoral doctor
Dr Rubtsov is an excellent Dentist and very professional! His number one priority is taking care of his patients from my experience. Ana his staff is great! If you are looking for an understanding dr and who listens, don’t look anymore. This Dr is very professional and treats his customer with excellent care. I highly recommend this dr to anyone!
Dr. Rubtsov is a fantastic dentist. Highly recommended. He actually cares for his patients and goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He did a great job with my treatment and I will definitely be back.
Don't go there . They are cheaters. Dr.Rubtsov main interest is to charge $$$ . I suggest you find yourself another HONEST dental office.
