One of my favorite restaurants around. The food is always amazing. I love the house dressing. The staff is always welcoming and always make accommodations for my son. Highly recommend this place plus the prices are great for the amount of food.
So glad I read reviews before I came...and SO worth it! Philadelphia has got nothing on your Philly Cheese steak, and I've tried "theirs"! Rubi's is savory, and generous served hot on fresh toasty bread. My food came quick & with a smile. I also had to try the famous strawberries & cream...and will come back whenever I am in Parkersburg! It's a busy place for a reason...
The food was good. The price was reasonable. The wait time was a little longer than I liked. While we were waiting a worker was complaining to his boss in the dining area. I thought that was inappropriate. But one thing I absolutely hated was getting a stack of dirty dishes. 4 plates were handed to us. The first plate had white crusty stuff on it. Anyone paying attention should have noticed it. I went for the second plate in the stack and food and sauce was all over it and the plate below it. Didn't even check the 4th plate.... read more
