was told they do corsages for prom I ordered and paid and the day off during pickup they said they couldn’t get it finished and only gave me half of my money as a refund
I placed an online order for mother's day and called the shop to verify pick up time. Customer service was good. The bouquet was beautiful! It looked just like in the picture. My mom was very happy.
I was so impressed with how quickly and nicely they responded! Since I live out of state, I was really surprised by how well they exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers for my mom a day before Mother’s Day, the busiest weekend and they delivered the same day I placed the order at 3:00 pm I called to confirm the order by six they delivered it. I love ordering flowers here. I have been customer for almost 4 yearsI have never had an issue and they’re very friendly over the phone. I have never met them, but I love to order flowers here even though I live out of state and they will make sure my flowers get there at my mom‘s house they deliver my flowers. Their customer service I give them 10 they’re very helpful
First time ordering from this shop, and it was great! I made my order online and little less than two hours it was delivered to the person. I was very impressed on how quick it was done. I just wish they would have answered my calls to confirm my order. I took a leap of faith and went well.
