Our pizzas are inspired by our family pizza recipe that we have been serving in NYC since 1960. We offer an extensive gluten free menu as well as vegan options. Of course, the real business here is pizza, with standouts including the caprese of homemade straciatella, tomato and pesto, or the mushroom and prosciutto, topped with peas and pecorino.
Invite hungry friends who will let you eat off their plate—almost everything is served family style—and fight over the rich & crusty eggplant parmagiano or the spicy sausage & broccoli rabe cavatelli.
Super thin-crust pizza with a variety of toppings are served at Rubirosa. Try the Vodka variety, but the Supreme (with tomato, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, and roasted garlic) is the best.
La pizza signature, c'est la "Vodka" avec sa sauce éponyme. Pour un twist au pesto, optez pour la "Tie-Dye". Attention à la file d'attente. Au pire, prenez place au bar et sirotez un cocktail!
Their approach to vodka pizza is thin crust. Much lighter feeling than your average vodka slice. SO good.
