Terrible experience. Waited an hour for three tacos! A bunch of people waiting. No one told us there was a wait, My boyfriend goes for a refund and the lady takes her sweet time, no one apologizes, the employees look miserable so that definitely reflects on management. Your employees are understaffed and suck. Our food is sitting on the counter cold so i ask her if we can take it because we are starving and waiting for an hour. Excellent service all around. The original fish taco plate was a hit! Everything was fresh and the outdoor seating area is well kept.
Located inside the Cerritos town center in front of the theaters. This is our Togo place for quick burritos and tacos. It was a month after my birthday and the manager still honored the buy one get one free gift that Rubios gave me in my Rubios account This restaurant is clean. Service is fast. Just a reminder they still have taco Tuesdays.
I asked for fish taco especial with none of the sauces. The cooks put it in there. The receipt mentioned no sauces.
