My husband and I love Rubio's!!! We used to live in Vegas and then moved to Utah and shortly after that Rubio's closed all their Utah locations and we were so upset. Every time we go to Vegas or to California to visit our kids, we go to Rubio's. I wish they would bring them back to Utah. They also closed the location that we used to go to in Vegas and this location on Marks Street is just not as good and clean as the one that used to be on Eastern and Serene but still delicious! They keep deleting my review even though it’s valid! Terrible Management & Lack of Concern for Public Health If I could give zero stars, I would. My son has been a dedicated line cook at this Rubio’s location for the past two years. He has never called out, never been late, and is easily one of the hardest workers on the team. Despite his strong work ethic, he was treated with complete disrespect by the manager, Nancy, when he fell ill.
