I have been coming to this Rubio’s for years. Last Thursday I got a couple of fish tacos for lunch-when I got my food home and opened the wrapper I found a hair inside of one of my tacos. When I reported the issue over the phone the manager asked if I would like them to remake it for me. I was kind of psyched out so I just asked for a refund-the manager told me I had to come all the way back to the restaurant to process the refund and didn’t offer any further compensation, not even a gift card. I got an email saying that the system may not have received my order. I called the store and a very sweet and friendly girl told me it was ready!!
Enjoyed the food.
I would have sat in the restaurant to eat had it been cooler. Offer for $1 taco was nice, but it took 3 of us to figure out how to apply it to my online order. Thankfully, it wasn't busy.
