Ordered online and relative picked up for me. There was one error in my order but food was delicious!

I have been coming to this Rubio’s for years. Last Thursday I got a couple of fish tacos for lunch-when I got my food home and opened the wrapper I found a hair inside of one of my tacos. When I reported the issue over the phone the manager asked if I would like them to remake it for me. I was kind of psyched out so I just asked for a refund-the manager told me I had to come all the way back to the restaurant to process the refund and didn’t offer any further compensation, not even a gift card.
