There was a long way because they were short staffed. The drive-through was really backed up and the service was slow however, when I got to the window before I could even open my mail, the cashier apologized and offered me a drink before I could even complain that immediately took away any frustration I had. Edit: Someone from their team reached out and we gave them another try. This time the food was amazing and there were absolutely no issues. I think it was the lack of attention to the details that they missed. But the food was amazing we love their Surf and Turf bowl. If you like spicy get the Diablo sauce, it’s great! Just don’t recommend the guacamole and chips as the guacamole tasted bland and had a lot of black spots. Went again today and they messed up my bowls.
