Had the "Norway" lobster bowl. Honestly , perfect in every way , except I wish it had a little more lobster. My friend had the lobster burrito and felt the same way. This location of Rubio's was actually very busy compared to how I usually have seen it. However, they were cranking out the business and giving excellent customer service, as usual. ⭐️ 1 star the poor atmosphere at this location seems to come directly from the assistant manager, Samuel. I’ve witnessed this behavior more than once, and it’s obvious that he does not handle pressure well. When things get busy, instead of managing the rush professionally, he takes his frustration out on the staff and creates an unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable environment.
