Good was great but I used the kiosks and nobody was around to help when I had a problem. My server didn’t give me a soda glass tell my food came and I had to go to the counter to get it! I checked three tables until I found one that didn’t have much good on it and had to clean it myself. Not a great experience!
My local Rubios is my go to place for delicious Baja Style Mexican food. It's in a good location with friendly staff. I try have a meal there once or twice a week.
Staff is nice, food is good, and my order came quick. Always clean and never a long wait.
So wanted to try this place because they had healthier options and I was excited about their lobster bowl. I had purposely ordered on the kiosk because I have allergies to guacamole and wanted to make sure I could order my bowl purposely to be safe to eat without error. Well they brought me my bowl and it was covered in guacamole and I had to send it back and I was disappointed that I had to and the girl said it’s okay.
