We had a bad a experience with taste at another rubios that kept us from going to any location for some time. Happy to say we have been to this location twice in 3 weeks and have enjoyed our dishes each time. They recently released a value menu that has great options too!
Smells really bad in here and the food was blah. I hate to be negative, but just expected more with my previous experience at other locations
I’m a long time Rubio’s fan: the tacos and salsa bar are amazing. Unfortunately, the customer service here has really gone downhill. I’ve gone in twice in about a month. Both times I arrived about an hour before closing and there were lots of customers still eating in the restaurant. However, on both occasions the staff had already started closing things up for the night. When yesterday to have a meal on a work break, took almost 25 min to get 2 meals out, completely ruin my lunch break and they didn’t even were busy time, bean also tasted very bad so sad that never received an apology supervisor just said “that’s fine I’ll just refund u “ with a careless attitude
