I been to this located a couple times this month after years of not eating rubios over the inconsistent food. I came in tonight and got shrimp tacos special they have right now. I like my tacos plain with cheese and sour cream. Some sub out of the other stuff and some charge me which I'm ok paying if I get what I pay for. Tonight I didn't see cheese on my tacos so I questioned Natalie (according to the receipt). She told me it was melted. Even if it was "melted" your 2 piece of cheese wasn't worth 2.00. TyelynD was my cashier and he is amazing excellent customer service a true joy to interact with he made my experience as well as everyone who came in while I was waiting for my take out he is really good I spent 25 years as a restaurant GM and this kid is good
