Ordered a large lunch order for a meeting and there were definite modifications to some of the items. Everything was prepared as ordered, it was ready by my pick up time while still timely - I arrived about 5 mins prior to the designated time and it was not sitting there getting cold or mushy, rather it was ready briefly after I arrived. Ordered 2 items: a quesadilla and chips w/ guac. They delivered the quesadilla and guac but no chips. I called to ask them for the tortilla chips that they failed to deliver and they weren’t able to send the chips. Idk which is more of an impressive failure, messing up an 2 item order or not being able to problem solve driving a bag of chips to a customer a few minutes away.
Great restaurant. Probably the best Rubios location I've been to.

Found PASTIC WRAPPING IN my FOOD, when confronted the store manager aboutit he asked if I took pictures and once I said no he took my bowl and threw it away. I said I need it for evidence and he said no you don't get any and walked away...too bad I got some anyways. Luis confirmed it was from the rice packets right in front of me.
